How long is a carrying a concealed weapon charge on my record?

A CCW conviction will remain on your record for life.  A conviction can have lasting impacts effecting future employment among many other things.  In a special set of circumstances, a carrying a concealed weapon conviction may be eligible for expunction. Due to the requirements of expunction, it is not a fix you want to rely on.
