Attorney Benjamin Becker attended both Purdue University and Marquette University, receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2013 from the latter. He then worked in the sports and entertainment licensing field before attending law school at the University of Wisconsin Law School. The legal education and experience he received consisted of: studying International Comparative Constitutional Law in Germany; being a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, the Jewish Law Student Association, and the American Constitution Society; and externing with various non-profits including the Freedom From Religion Foundation.
After graduating with his Juris Doctor in 2018, he volunteered with the Guardian ad Litem division at the Legal Aid Society of Milwaukee, and then moved on to practice civil litigation and personal injury law at the biggest personal injury firm in the Midwest. Since joining the team at Grieve Law in 2020, he has received consistently glowing reviews from clients about not only his zealous advocacy, but also about his communication and empathy.
Attorney Becker is licensed to practice before all state courts in Wisconsin, as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. He takes great pride in his diversity of experience, his proven results, and his ability to conduct vociferous yet collegial negotiations with prosecutors/opposing counsel.
