Attorney Dustin A. McMahon received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he earned a degree in political science. He continued his education at the Michigan State University College of Law in East Lansing, Michigan, where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree. During his studies, he was a member of the Moot Court and Trial Advocacy team, the Communications Chair of the Public Interest Law Society, and was nominated as the student supervisor of the Housing Law Clinic.
He was published by the Ingham County Bar Association regarding his research on the legal ramifications of medical marijuana use in landlord/tenant relationships.
Upon admission to the Wisconsin Bar, Attorney McMahon utilized his litigation skills in the courtroom to represent clients in small and large claim civil matters in a variety of legal areas. He has a record of obtaining victories for his clients through the use of dispositive motions and at trial, and was recognized as a Wisconsin Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2016 and 2017 in the area of debtor/creditor rights.
