  • Any amount of drug paraphernalia – In Wisconsin, the maximum penalty for possession of drug paraphernalia (pipe, bong, needle, etc.) is 30 days in jail and a $500.00 fine.

  • 2,500-10,000 grams of THC: Class F felony; max. $25,000 fine and/or 12-year prison term
  • More than 10,000 grams of THC: Class E felony; max. $50,000 fine and/or 15-year prison sentence

Subsequent offense is subject to additional penalties.

  • 4 Plants or fewer (200 grams) – Class I felony, punishable by up to $10,000 in fines and/or imprisonment for up to 3 years, 6 months.
