A second offense OWI occurring within 10 years of the first could result in a driver’s license revocation for up to 18 months and up to $1,100 in fines. If the second OWI happened longer than 10 years after the first, charges include a driver’s license revocation up to 9 months and up to $300 in fines (not including any additional fees or surcharges).
